Monitoring Continuing Business Operations of Borrowers on Behalf of Financial Institutions

Having committed themselves to providing continued financial support to their corporate borrowers, financial institutions are concerned with the ongoing financial viability of these borrowers. They want to be sure that the continuing operations of the business are conducted in accordance with the representations or undertakings made.

KPMG, with the consent of the borrower, will closely monitor the situation and provide financial guidance and support to the borrower. Through this continuous involvement in operations, KPMG is able to provide regular reports to the financial institutions on the current and projected financial position. KPMG can also promptly alert the financial institutions involved of any sudden and significant deterioration in a borrower's financial position and also bring to their notice any instances where the operations of the borrower are not being conducted in accordance with the representations made.
