To further demonstrate our support of developing and supporting sporting talent, the firm launched our Programme for Elite Athletes in KPMG (PEAK) in 2009.

PEAK is designed to help outstanding athletes develop work-related skills and experience while in the pursuit of sporting excellence. We believe this will help facilitate a smoother transition into a corporate environment should the athlete decide to embark on a full-time career outside of sports.

Through this programme, we aim to give young, full time athletes exposure to the business world and the opportunity to learn skills which they can use later in life. Additionally, we want to provide supplementary financial assistance to sporting talent as they pursue their dream and support the country's sports talent who are a great source of national pride through their excellence and success in sports.
