Career Progression
KPMG has an enhanced career structure which enables staff to reach management level within a shorter period of time. However, full emphasis will continue to be placed on individual performance for promotions, and this includes demonstration of professional and technical capabilities, display of core values and an active involvement in the Firm and/or department activities.
Individuals will also have to do their part in ensuring the undertaking of professional demands of each level at a compressed pace, through personal and professional development, and continuous training and upgrading.
