Internship

University - Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
Second-year accountancy undergraduates undergo an eight-week mandatory professional attachment. An opportunity to exercise theoretical concepts, this annual exercise is organised by NTU's Office of Professional Attachments (OPA). Students are required to submit their applications via OPA who in turn sends these applications on to the Big 4. Traditionally, the PAs span from May to June.

University - Overseas
Overseas candidates who are in their second year of accountancy studies are encouraged to apply for internship from December to March. Candidates need to write in with their resumes and enclose the necessary documents to be considered.

Polytechnics
Singapore, Temasek and Nanyang Polytechnic usually hold their attachment programmes from October to December for a period of 2 months. Students majoring in Accountancy are encouraged to apply via their schools for placements in the Big 4.

Ngee Ann Polytechnic has a six-month internship programme which begins in December and lasts till May for students in the final year of their accountancy diploma. Students who perform well during their internships and pass all their final papers will be considered for permanent positions with the Firm.
