The Big 4 and NTU jointly conduct an annual recruitment exercise on campus for final year Accountancy students. Interviews are held in the Big 4's office premises and a computer matching is then done to allow students to indicate their preference by ranking the firms after the interviews. Upon graduation in August the following year, the successful candidates join the firm.

KPMG and SMU jointly conduct an annual recruitment exercise on campus for Accountancy students who have completed their studies. Interviews are held in KPMG's office premises. Upon graduation, the successful candidates join the firm.

Overseas Graduates
Although the bulk of our graduate recruitment comes from NTU, we also consider overseas graduates to balance up the graduate population. As overseas universities have different graduation periods, recruitment for these graduates is carried out on an ad-hoc basis. Recruitment, however, will typically cease in December due to the start of the peak period.
