KPMG's Business Performance Services assist businesses to enhance their strategic and operational performance.
Our professionals provide services ranging from assessment of their business issues, development of business solutions to assistance in the overall implementation. Working with clients, our teams drive initiatives such as finance function transformation, human resource management, customer service improvements, business intelligence, technology application, and supply chain optimisation.
The ideal candidates should possess a tertiary qualification, with at least three years of relevant experience.In addition, you should be: |

Tertiary / professionally qualified and able to work independently; |

Resourceful and possess strong analytical skills; |

Able to demonstrate creativity in problem solving; |

Comfortable with meeting and working with people from all levels of the organisation; |

Equipped with excellent verbal and written business communication skills. |

Able to interact with clients and communicate risks and issues in a business context, i.e. translate technical risks to business risks |

Able to take initiative to identify opportunities to deliver advisory services to clients |

Interested in learning and gaining knowledge on new issues, business vulnerabilities and technology |

Willing to travel between 30-50 percent of the time regionally |
